Focus on maximizing employee productivity and maintaining employees` commitment. Responsible for the design and implementation of a healthy organizational culture, and the development and empowerment of this culture among employees.

 
 

A random Day in the Life of our People & Culture Development Managers

 
 

Morning

  • Checking the inbox: from job applications to requests and queries arrived overnight from management and employees. Some of our teams operate 24/6, you can expect lots of queries at any hour ;) Spent the early part of the day prioritizing the inbox and troubleshooting issues, while enjoying the delicious cappuccino prepared by our unofficial barista – our corporate designer.

Noon

  • Reviewing the agenda for our next team reunion, making sure all the details are nailed.

  • Conduct an interview with a potential Spanish candidate for a sales position.

Afternoon

  • Presenting the report on Employee Satisfaction to the management, highlighting the improvement actions and the timeline.

  • Preparing the half-a-year appraisal campaign. Looks like a big part of the staff will receive their performance bonus.
