Responsible for providing a high-quality service and nurturing long-term relations with our clients. Sales Managers are directly accountable for achieving sales targets, for finding new customers and retaining old ones, and for identifying and closing deals successfully. The department is genuinely obsessed with customer success and happiness. Our Sales Managers drive sales and company growth and ensure that the sale of products results in profits. They are reactive in attempting to solve any obstacles that might cause the company to lose business opportunities, making sure not a single client requests remains unsolved.

 
 
 

A random Day in the Life of our Sales Managers

 
 

Morning

  • Sales Manager starts the day with making a cup of delicious coffee or tea, to keep him company while checking his inbox and agenda for the day.

  • Delivering projects, answering to urgent queries, checking projects in progress.

Noon

  • Reviewing the pipeline in CRM and preparing next steps for pending leads.

  • Massive client/prospect contact: email, Linkedin and phone.

Afternoon

  • Attend internal meetings, share results, prepare proposals, deliver champion letters, book meetings with clients and prospects, deliver presentations via Zoom.

  • Stay on continuous and hunting discoveries with potential prospects.

  • Set agenda for the next day.
